Efficient delivery and very helpful

I purchased a vanity unity from 4bathrooms online after doing so i read the reviews About the company to which i became very concerned due to bad press But now the comoany has new owners please rest assuerd they are reliable i would have no second thoughts of purchasing from them again

Really good prices.the items I ordered seam a good quality. Paid for next day delivery and it arrived mid afrernoon. Some staff are much more helpful than others. Newer staff definitely need more training. Not too good at returning calls. Ive left a couple of messages with staff and no one returned my call.

Visited company showroom in Darlaston to see items first. Friendly staff were helpful. Ordered everything online from home. Easy to use website with good descriptions. Goods delivered promptly. Well packed. Haven't fitted bathroom yet but envisage no probs. Definitely use again

Was concerned after spending (for Me) a large amount of money with 4bathrooms. Vanity units, toilet, Sink, Bath and screens. My concerns were unjust, received a telephone call 2 days after order to arrange delivery. Items are good quality however had to go to local diy shop to purchase new rubber seals for the concealed toilet cistern as those supplied were hard and impossible to use. Overall would use again.

i was told by customer services that i would be contacted within an hour before arrival of my order, i was not, When my order arrived the driver who delivered ti on apallett left it outside my gate on pavement...i am a single person and had get friends in to dismantle the pallett and carry items in seperatley..this should of been something that your are told about when placing an order... ot impressed

I chose 4bathrooms because they had the exact product I wanted at a very attractive price. I ordered the product from 4bathrooms and it was delivered as promised. I would definitely use them again!

Would not hesitate to buy from this company. Goods arrived in a couple of days. Delivery company phoned to confirm delivery day but driver didn't phone to confirm time on day of delivery as he should have. POSSIBLY CAN'T READ AS IT WAS STATED TO PHONE ON THE DELIVERY NOTE
