I didn’t receive the products I ordered. Not sure what went wrong however, there was minimal communication about an arrival date or when to expect the parcel. Not sure if the products are still in transit but once again, I haven’t received any communication. Quite disappointing.

i orderd on 3 may no shipping number yet

ordered 24 hr tracked royal mail and they didnt send me the tracking number until 3 days after,they also sent the wrong flavour snus and wasn’t notified about it.bad customer service for a small business

The very polite sales manager sent me a message regarding the delay and was very kind and helpful wonderful store to order from and very polite workers
