Purchased a saree that they claimed to be ‘Paithani’. Turned out to be a fake. Not pure silk. Not authentic original ‘Paithani’. Zari work is fake too. I had it checked and authenticated from several ‘Paithani’ dealers in Mumbai. Moreover they sent me wrong color. Returned my purchase for a refund. Had a very tough time getting any response from them. Order fulfillment and customer service isn’t good. Overall very bad experience.

The design and colour in pictures is very different than the actual one
