I bought the guitar online, in the photographs it looked stunning and blemish free however when it arrived it had a big chip in the laquer on the bottom edge and a fracture in the laquer at the neck joint plus other little marks in the finish, These should have been pictured and shown in the advertisemen especially When paying well over a £1100 for an instrument After contacting Paul at the store he was most helpful and polite and we came to an arrangement where the store and myself where happy, overall a pleasantoutcome, thanks guys
