Easy and prompt service at reasonable price

Bought a Peterson Stroboclip HD, the price was a few quid cheaper than most sellers and postage was included. Ordered on Sunday, dropped through the letterbox Wednesday so quick turnaround for standard delivery. Good communications, so all in all very happy.

Guitar arrived in pristine condition but in a completely unplayable state of setup - tremolo bridge adjustment screws were misaligned, pulling the bridge down so low that the top 2 strings were pressing against the bridge pickup. The other 4 strings had low action fret buzz. All fixed now but the nut appears to have been filed for heavier gauge strings, so the top 2 strings still sit a little too low.

A bit nervous about ordering a guitar online, but it went smoothly. Delivered intact on time and the guitar was in excellent condition and set up well. Can definitely recommend Sound Affects - they're reliable.
