Due to the snow we had in Georgia our order was very delayed in arriving and the meat was spoiled. I called Good Ranchers and let them know. The woman I talked with (sorry I can't remember her name) was very nice and quickly got a new order on the way. It arrived very fast... the dry ice packets were still completely solid. I appreciated her cheerfulness, and promptness in getting things processed and sent out. I love the meat we get from y'all, and I love how the people that work there are on top of things in a manner that lets you know they really care about their customers. Great job to all y'all!! ❤👍
