This shipment was fine. The only problems we’ve had in the past is when our shipments come from Atlanta. There’s been several times we’ve been missing part of the order. At the beginning our shipments came from out west and we never had issues.

I have only received two shipments so far, but I have been extremely pleased with the meat products. One thing I like is that the chicken breasts look normal vs. the chemical filled breasts of those over-sized breasts you see in the grocery store. Also, for one of my shipments, there was an issue with FedEx (NOT Good Ranchers). The meat arrived late and it was all thawed! I called their customer service and they were amazing. For one thing, they answered the phone right away. It was obviously an American CS rep. When I told her the problem, she checked and verified that FedEx had made the mistake, but with no hesitation, she said that they'd ship me a new box at no charge. THAT was impressive. (I have dealt with some off-shore CS reps for other companies who simply say, "We sent you what you ordered. Deal with it.) I would highly recommend Good Ranchers. I can feel good about serving high quality meat without added drugs or chemicals. Plus excellent customer service!

Good Ranchers delivery was swift. It’s always helpful to know what we’re having to eat for our meals thanks to Good Ranchers. The meats are the focal point of meal planning.

We just tried everything in our Butchers Box. I have to say it is some of the best quality meat I’ve ever had. I don’t usually like ground beef, but theirs is delicious, not to mention their NY strips and Ribeyes. Their grass fed really makes a difference

We have been eating Good Ranchers meat since last summer! We love it! We have never gotten anything that wasn’t delicious. We just ate our first Roast, outstanding! We also love the no seed oil chicken nuggets. Used them to make chicken Parmesan and it was so good. Thanks Good Ranchers for giving us an easy, healthy alternative!

They were going to send a replacement box for the one FedEx delivered to the wrong house. FedEx found it an hour later and delivered it to me. The dry ice had not dissipated, so all was well. Great customer service.

I am health conscious and choose to purchase my meat products from a reputable American homegrown company. The quality of the product, the ease of ordering and selection are very good. I will continue to support this business for the quality purchases it provides.
