product arrived different from picture on website , asked for explanation , basically told supplier changed spray head send back for refund if not happy , unwilling to admit product was inferior for intended use than that advertised also told unwilling to continue discussion about item in email , very rude , will never use again , no loss on both sides i suppose , has enough sales not be nice to people . REGARDING REPLY , totaly untrue , rudeness was regarding your email stating you would not discuss the situation further and NO You pictures on website do not match that of item supplied , if you will give me Permission i will upload our e-mail correspondense for all to see ? do you not think as a seller you should provide people with updated pictures on your website of what they will actually receive or order . regards
