I wish zero stars could be possible , they never send my package and blame ups for their poor service . It took me three days to be able to get an answer and completely refuse to give me my money back . Don’t do business with them , Amazon or other only market will cause less stress and problems . Zero starts. I’m pretty sure even with this review I’m not gonna get an answer still .
Customer service is very slow
Customer service is very slow. After never receiving my order I had to reach out to them 3 times and finally get my refund started. I would Never do business again. It’s April 11th still waiting for my refund.
New to Nutrition Faktory after I moved…
New to Nutrition Faktory after I moved to Middle TN and truly blown away by the service and most importantly the pricing. They have THE most competitive pricing on all my favorite protein and pre-workout. The selection is great as I have lactose sensitivity so I have been moving frequently between manufacturers - which I can do with ease given their wide selection. Also they deliver QUICKLY - if you're local, they drive directly to your home in a Nutrition Faktory-wrapped vehicle. Recently ordered on a Sunday and received my order Monday morning, hand delivered. Literally do not know where else you can get that level of support/service. Shop here, you won't be disappointed.

Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen. Mit meiner Bestellung gab es Probleme und ich habe mich vom Kundenservice, sowohl per Mail als auch am Telefon, extrem unfreundlich und „von oben herab“ behandelt gefühlt. Die Produkte sind Massenware, die es bei sehr vielen anderen Onlineshops zu kaufen gibt. In Zukunft werde ich nur in anderen Onlineshops bestellen und nie wieder hier. Es war der Horror!
EXCEPTIONALLY Bad Customer Service Ever
Preface: I never leave bad reviews but this experience warranted one. EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE Issue: Destroyed shipping box, containers of the products were crushed and seals were broken on the products including the protein powder. Response from customer service: The products left our facility sealed so they are fine, pop the dents out. My response: I am never going to give you a second chance if that is ever your reply, I sent all the pictures asked of me and that was the reply. The proof was evident. I have never been treated this way by any company before, no matter how cheap they were. Terrible place to buy products, how absurd it is to say something going in your body is fine to have its seal broken on arrival, with oh by the way, actual openings on the shipping box, yes very sanitary lol, not to mention I couldn't reclose the containers all the way "Popping the dents out". Ill be going to the BBB and health department for small businesses as well.

I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite protein bars. They were NOT good. Weird texture and flavor. Either melted and cooled too many times or just bad batch. Reported the problem and did not get satisfactory response or I would not have given a bad review. Not ordering anything from them again unfortunately.
