Oh my goodness what excellent customer service from your company. You have gone above and beyond what level of customer care was expected. My initial delivery was incorrect and wrong ball size dispatched. These things happen . I emailed out of business hours, to which you promptly acknowledged and replied to saying you would issue correct replacement ball immediately. Wow. You have exceeded my expectations. Not only did you issue another ball of correct size, but two balls and a collar ! The quality of your products is excellent and the ball is perfect for my Rottweiler boy.
