The CBN+CBD gummies are a nighttime lifesaver. Any time I feel achy and my restless legs are acting up, this helps me get the sleep I need. If I'm feeling particularly restless and achy I use 3, but 2 gummies seems to work. When I'm suffering with bronchitis or any other severe cold, this plus a nighttime cold medicine does the trick so I'm not up all night blowing my nose and repositioning to get comfortable. (You'll want to check with your doc, though, before using that combo!)
