This was my first time using a travel agency to book my holiday. At first I was hesitant but still went ahead. I used 7 zones to book my trip to Lagos Nigeria and Albert (the person who helped me with it) was very good. I paid in instalments and he even helped me to extend my deadline, even though I ended up paying earlier than expected. He kept an open line of communication throughout, was very kind and found me the best possibly flights to get. I would recommend using seven zones but even more so, if you do, ask for Albert, you’ll have a smooth experience !
