Jo and Nicola were great from start to finish. We have a portfolio of properties and were also buying in a Ltd so it was not a straight forward case. Found us a good deal and dealt with lender queries quickly and effectively. Their fees are average with the rest of the market. I would probably say they are worth the fee however as a business we need to make cost savings where we can and so this would be the only reason we wouldn’t look to use them in the future.
