I love Salice products & had ordered some new cycling sunglasses from an online store that offered substantial discounts and claimed to be UK-based but wasn't. In frustration, I contacted Salice UK & decided to re-order the products from them. Barely 24 hours later, my Salice UK order was delivered. Meanwhile, after three weeks, my original order from the website had arrived in the UK but due to new customs regulations, I was asked to pay nearly £50 to release the goods. So, a false economy and a lesson learned. If you want excellent products backed-up with superb customer service, it has to be Salice UK.
