Although I was sent the wrong item , the communication and subsequent customer service was very good , just need to update the website more frequently

We visited the store to look around. My husband loves their clothes and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. He found a jumper he liked and tried it on for size with the help of the Manager for guidance. As it's my husband's birthday in 3 weeks we left without buying the jumper. I then went onto their website - which staff told us about - and ordered the jumper. They offer instalment payments which if you've bought anything here before you'll know is great as it's an expensive shop! I've never bought anything myself but will buy again because of the payment options. My order was ready to collect within 2 days. Although it took me a week to collect, I was told they hold orders for 2 weeks.

After previously returning an item with absolutely no hassle, I purchased another item which was sent and received in no time. Customer service was excellent and delivery time was rapid. Couldn’t recommend more, great company.
