Hard to find item was delivered on time and as described.

The whole experience was great, getting my bike frame was slow but i had to wait for a restock of a 2019 issue frame and these guys kept great communication throughout, there was even a welding issue i spotted that they quickly contacted the manufacturer and reassured me it was exactly as it was meant to be. I would buy again throught tthis site

No email confirmation that the item had been posted, no reply to my email query and two phone calls where I was told they’d get back to me. That didn’t happen either. The item arrived the day I was told it was being transferred from the Hackney branch!

Wanted to purchase an advertised purple pannier, after paying for order then received email saying they do not make the advertised colour anymore. Therefore don’t advertise it. However once an alternative was offered but my email was not acknowledged. That said the price was good and received quickly once issue resolved
