I bought it. It worked only 3 days. I call the company. They told me to send them device for checking. I sent it 3 weeks later no respond. I sent e-mail to them and the answer is they will send it to technician. Technician e-mail back that he is looking into this device now.he is not sure what has happened but he will keep me updated as he research this problem. He wasn't contact me or call back. I send e-mail again but no any respond. I don't know where is my device now. It sent my device on March 22,2015. Today is May 13,2015. I decided to tell everyone to know how they are bad company. I just read review on Amazon about this company. Many people had the same problem.

This was very affordable for me and works great. I can call my girl and she can call me and I can track her down to a few feet. It makes me feel safe during our complicated custody issues. She wears the device on a necklace under her shirt or dress and it has come in handy a few times for non-emergency situations. I did not want to buy her a real cell phone, which would have done the same things I needed, but would have cost more, been a distraction and not appropriate for her age and too big.

This device is fantastic. It allows you to see where your child is when they are not with you. It also indicates where registered offenders are, and gives you a 'preditor alert'. It's great for peace of mind.

The product works really well and was easy to set up. The staff there is amazing and so helpful.

I did a lot of research for the best option for my son whom is in Kindergarten. I am so pleased with the device. He got off the bus one day before someone was home to pick him up and he called me on the device and both me and him felt so safe! I love it!!!
