Dawson house is amazing, it’s spacious, there’s always cool events going on, the coffee machines are fantastic, all the staff members are amazing. It is also in a very accessible location and close to all the shops. We have been with them since November 2023 and love it. I love coming into the office and seeing Elvie and Rosie, who are both always so welcoming and helpful. They brighten up my day! Thank you girls and everyone else at Dawson house for their excellent service!

The team at Dawson House is an asset to One Avenue Group, the level of service that we receive from the team is first-class. Since moving here they have always gone above and beyond anything we ask. In terms of serviced offices, this is the best one I've been in. Not only are the team friendly and extremely attentive, they go out of their way to make our guests feel welcomed.
