We find it hard to award County Clean even one star. Their only concern is to extract money from one's account. They are certainly not engaged with the concerns of their customers. To elaborate: Our Bio Pure Sewage Treatment system alarm went off after a power cut. We tried to reset it but were unable to do so. We contacted Bio Pure who panicked us saying we had to have the thing emptied immediately. With this advice we contacted County Clean to book us in to have the 'treatment' emptied the next day. They took payment in full without advising us of their cancellation policy and also before issuing us with their terms and conditions (in which, by the way, there are no clear terms for cancellation). We meanwhile had an expert come round to look at the system. He unblocked a jammed valve and advised us there was no need to have the system emptied - in fact it would be less than helpful to do so as the bacterial build up in the system (necessary for its efficacy) would have had to start all over again. We immediately tried to cancel or even postpone emptying the tank. Since we were squeezed into the work schedule as the last slot of the day and our slot was given the day before - this is an appointment that they would not have filled anyway (their claim is they could've made another appointment). They would not refund us ... even in part. They would not postpone. And they did not and to date have not turned up to empty the tank. The have taken payment for their non-service. You are advised that there are better and cheaper services to be had. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR COUNTY CLEAN!!!!!
