The berett I bought did not look at all like in the picture. They allow you to return it (not even swap it) but they charge extra for it.

A month after ordering, I contacted you and asked what my items were and was told that there had been a mistake but that the items would now be sent. Was offered free delivery by UPS. But you wrote the wrong address, the wrong tracking number, and didn't give my email or phone number to UPS, so they couldn't deliver. The day before Chrismas I contacted UPS and they helped me so I could go to their drop off location and pick up the items. This was on December 23 at 5:00 p.m. I ordered in the middle of November when it was Christmas presents, now my grandchildren don't get the Christmas presents until after New Year. Very boring.

Beställde ett par byxor i somras som var för stora. Lämnade tillbaks dom men har inte fått mina pengar tillbaka. Har skickat flera mail utan att få något svar. Börjar bli lite trött. Hade tänkt skicka efter ett par nya byxor istället eftersom de var en present, men väntar. Börjar bli mycket pinsamt.

Dåligr ställe beställde byxor i storlek 164 åt sonen fick hem xl betalade direkt skulle inte gjort detta nu har de mage att ja ska betala 85 kr för att skicka tillbaka varan helt sjukt . Beställ inget till barn på deras sida

Min keps kom lite knölig, hade inte riktigt plats i kartongen. Går inte att oknöla nu. Kartongen, eller vad nu kepsen är gjord av, vill inte bli som den skapades. Lite tråkigt.

Orderd a pair of shorts. Tried to return them with the return lable that was in the box from armystar due to the size being way off. One week later i got a message saying that i needed to provide further shipping info wich i did not have due to me using the previous mentioned lable. Ended up paying 798kr (approximately 70 euro) for nothing.

The item corresponded well to my expectations. The delivery took just a few days. I'm satisfied!
