I am very happy that I discovered OTO. I started perimenopause recently, I am 40 and from insomnia, disturbed sleep, anxiety and mood swings through the day, I became my old self; sleeping better, more relaxed and not stressed! The only change I made is that I started taking OTO Power drops every day. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I don't often write reviews, but the OTO sleep drops are worthy of the best one possible! I would honestly say they've changed my life - I've always been a bad sleeper and have suffered from terrible insomnia and mind racing in the middle of the night. What I love about these is that whilst I may still stir in the night, I just go right back to sleep. I feel more rested and energised, and more relaxed about bedtime, knowing I will get a good sleep. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!

Buttery and actually hydrating and doesn't just 'evaporate' on your lips like some lip balms do.

I have been using OTO skincare since they started and absolutely love it. I use retinol at night for acne and anti-aging and I find that daytime serum and cream provide the perfect soothing and calming balance to retinol’s exfoliation. I recently branched out to try the night eye cream and I don’t think I can ever look back. Since using it for about six months my fine lines have all but evaporated and I wake up each morning with my eyes hydrated and fresh. Great products, definitely worth it.

I absolutely love the sleep drops & spray. It has been life changing for me. I sleep sound & all night for the first time in years. I wake up feeling refreshed, rested & ready for my day. I also use the day drops & I truly feel they give me energy throughout the day. I’ve tried the Seltzers as well and they have such a crisp summer feeling to them, taste fabulous!
