On boarding with Lodgify was a hige benefit. Patricia was fantastic at helping me integrate my listings with different channels and publishing my website. I am brand new to hosting short term rentals, and Patricia answered all my questions!

Overall a time-saving platform once you have it set up

The lodgify platform has been a wonderful product for our business so far. It has reduced our workload and streamlined our management processes. The onboarding process left a bit to be desired. It was thorough in the sense that I had two calls with a specialist and several lengthy emails covering the steps necessary to get our account and listings set up. But the calls were not individualized, but more scripted and like the tech was running through a script. I was asked if I had questions, but there wasn't much time to go over them in depth.

The onboarding call with Andrew Figari was very helpful and productive. Andrew took the time to make sure we understood what he was reviewing and was patient and knowledgeable with all of the questions. I would most definitely recommend Lodgify and Andrew to new customers.

Moving PM to Lodgify

I moved from another PM to Lodgify mainly because it is significantly cheaper. Because I was familiar with this kind of software I found it easy enough. Onboarding was done over two sessions. I am quite comfortable with technology but if I were not I think I would have struggled to assimilate all the information in just 2 sessions. That said the support is very good so even if I had problems they could be relyed upon to get me thru. The hardest part was moving the management of my website over from the origin PM to Lodgify.

GOOD PLATFORM BUT NOT WITHOUT OTHER ISSUES

PROS: My onboarding assistant made things simple and easy to understand. She was able to answer questions logically and also demonstrate it to me. LODGIFY is probably the best I have used and the support team are prompt when responding. CONS: It took such a long time to reserve a session with my specialist. For a 50 Dollar subscription, so much time was wasted when my property could have been live. Also there were connection issues connecting my property to AIRBNB. I invested so much of my own time I did not have into this. LODGIFY should offer a FULL LIVE TRIAL PERIOD for their potential clients. This way, an appointment could be made and any other issues could be ironed out before going live. Plus their ASIA customer coverage is not good. Although the support team responded to my questions, it was always OBVIOUSLY based on EUROPEAN time. Some of the onboarding meeting time slots, were at 12:00am JAPAN time. That's no use to me and just adds more stress to the process. My slot was at 17:30 but again, I had to wait a week for my second online meeting. THEY NEED MORE COVERAGE IN ASIA AND RESPONSE TIMES THAT REFLECT THAT.
