Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza utilizzando Auting. Nonostante l'app a volte possa essere un po' instabile, le mie due prenotazioni sono andate lisce e senza problemi. La comunicazione è stata fluida e il supporto tecnico è stato eccellente, specialmente quando ho avuto un piccolo problema durante la registrazione dal Regno Unito. Antonio, uno dei proprietari, è stato gentile e disponibile, fornendomi un'auto in perfette condizioni. Non è stato necessario nemmeno usare una carta di credito. Complessivamente, il servizio è stato molto migliore rispetto a un noleggio tradizionale. Consiglio vivamente Auting!

Dont use this website, you will get burnt by crook car owners who steal some extra money of you. I have rented a car in Napoli for a few days and when I brought it back the owner claimed there was a new scratch on one side of the car which I definitely have not caused and it was marked on the condition report. After providing a fake quote, Auting deducted 500 euros from my credit card and they are not willing to return it.

Avoid this platform at all costs. - The car I rented was damaged and unsafe, with malfunctioning seat belts and structural issues. - Their app didn’t work, leaving me unable to contact support or end the rental. - No emergency assistance was available after 6 PM, and the number they provided later didn’t even exist. - I was forced to spend €316 on alternative transport after the car broke down immediately. This service is unreliable, unsafe, and provides zero accountability. I do not recommend it.
