This is not the first time I have used Brunel engraving. The service is 1st class from the first phone call to receiving my engraved plaques. Firstly, they have a phone number (Rare nowadays) and your telephone call is answered quickly and by a real person who is actually on site and knows exactly what you want. They are efficient in putting you through to the right person straight away and once you've explained over the phone what service you require, a quick follow-up email is responded to very quickly and in a few days after approving any artwork, your engraved plaque (Which is of the highest quality) is delivered to you at a very competitive price. A good old fashion fully professional service and quality products. Fantastic staff. 10/10 and highly recommended. If only all companies were like this.
