The website was really easy to use (always a good start!). The communication was great. Really quick delivery and the product was really well made and we were really pleased with it. The only thing I would say is that I purchased a wall mounted plaque and I thought it would have come with the brass wall fixings but it didn't.

We have use Brunel for many years to make the pew plaques that we have in our church. The plaques are well made and the process very easy. They are a very friendly manufacturer and are always available at the end of the phone to help me. We have also had a few A4sized plaques that are pre mounted. These are beautiful and look perfect for the inside of a church.
