I have been waiting for three months and still haven't received my order. Asked for a refund and their 'no questions asked' has been far from accurate. I may need to accept the fact that I cannot get my money back, or my order. Please don't buy from this site, or any that are linked to modafinilxl support.

Placed order on 10/10/24, it is currently 25/11/24, and still no update. I have e-mailed support many occasions and receive a generic 'we are investigating' response. After a few more e-mails from my side, they have gone silent. I have had a couple of other orders that came through with no issues previously but they have really dropped the ball lately. Not happy.

It is a legitimate company and there customer service is spot on and reply to your concerns promptly. You do get what you order, Usually take longer but thats expected for the distance so plan accordingly🙂

Buyer Beware. Sent ach funds and then told it didnt go through to send again. Went to website and it was being down for some reason. Suspicious. When it looks too good to be true....

They stole my money. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for almost a month sharing details and n images of the payment and they just tell me that they will investigate. They're doing anything and they are just window dressing for the theft that has occurred. Find another site.

Only after a year do I receive a message, but it is certain that I have not received an order and certainly no money back, so I would like to know if I can still get my order ( Order #103141R ) 20 days after an order that must be delivered within 3 to 10 days, I had contact with the customer service for the second time. I am told again that they are going to look again and send the tracking number and then you will not get anything anymore and you hear nothing. Pay attention scammers

Pretty decent service, I don't buy a lot of things online so in this case needed some help with different issues with my order and their support actually answered my email in 20 minutes, could not believe it. Thanks for your great service guys!

I had a good experience in the past but my last Order #122968Y has been stock in the deposit waiting to reschedule the delivery without even attempting once. Impossible to reschedule the delivery from the courier side, impossible to pick up at deposit, no answer from the website customer support. I hope they didn't start to scam people

The products are excellent! Modalert and Wakalert work wonders for me! My only complaint is that paying with PayPal is always a hassle.
