Really great product, given as a thank you present to teacher. Lovely clear writing and it was very good quality. Only suggestion is maybe a coat of varnish on top to protect wood from stains.

Quick delivery and great product.

I ordered boxes for my goddaughters baptism from Dust & Things about 3.5 years ago and when it was time for my 3rd goddaughter to be baptized, I wanted to do the same thing for her. I was so happy to see they still had the same exact product and it is the same exact quality. Even with delayed shipping time from the UK to the US, I received this relatively quickly and just in time for the baptism. I love how there can be an a special message engraved in the top of the lid in the large box. I use this as the wrapping for their baptism gifts and include other gifts from me to them. I love everything about this product and am happy to support a company that has a great product and is customer friendly. I ordered one more for my nephew’s baptism at the end of the month and can’t wait to give it to him!

Overall I do like these boxes, mainly because I love the design aesthetic on the lid. On arrival, one of the front clasps broke immediately, and another one (I ordered 3) the latch doesn't reach far enough to close. The wooden lids don't close evenly so there are gaps on some of the seams. The metal for the hinges and clasp is soft and easily bent. I had spoken to customer service before ordering and they were prompt and helpful. I would have rated higher overall due to the good service but the quality wasn't there. I plan on replacing the front latches and they should be fine since these are memory boxes and not something opened daily.

Highly recommend this company and Gemma went above and beyond to ensure that our commissioned piece was received by the deadline I had given them. The personalised cheese board looks great and the gifts are always gratefully received.
