Ordered a box for my granddaughter's upcoming naming day, all the engraving is good and it arrived a couple of days after ordering. The wood could be better (some knots) and the finish inside the box is poor but is easily sanded- small details but that's why only 4 stars. Special mention for Kayleigh on the customer helpline who was friendly, patient and very helpful with my queries about the engraving format. All that said I bought a second box for my 11 year old grandson!
