Beautiful item thank you

Lovely well made personalised wooden key ring.

I haven’t received my purchase yet so I can’t honestly give a good review. The order was placed on 24 April and their website said delivery would occur within 3 days. I appreciate Covid has caused all sorts of delays but I think their website should have been updated. They have replied to my emails and I have no quibble with the company or their communication, but it’s now going to be a minimum 2 weeks between ordering and receiving the products. I’ve ordered other items in the last fortnight (books, gin, clothes) and all have arrived, many of them with Royal Mail.

Received a torn envelope with an invoice, item had obviously slipped through. That’s what happens when you use a cheap envelope for a letter rather than a keyring. Harangued for purchase so bought the keyring. Avoid, they pester you non stop & the item? Well I didn’t get it as it’d fallen out of a ripped envelope so can’t say much about it.
