It was very easy and simple to do a booking

We booked an eight personscottage at Stroms River Mouth Restcamp. Since there was no availability on the site of SAN-parcs, we were really thrilled we found a suitable cottage for our family on the site of SA Venues. We needed a five persons cabin, but since this was not available, we choose to have a larger cottage. All went well, hosts were quick in answering our questions. Unfortunately, as we arrived we discovered SA Venues did not arrange an 8 persons cottage, but two four persons cottages. Since we traveled with small childeren, this was not an option for us. Kind enough, hosts from SAN-parcs offered to put an extra matras in one cottage. We asked for a refund at SA-Venues since we didn´t receive what we booked for. SAN-parcs did their utmost to help us. By phone we were offered a refund of R5000,-. Not the total amount, but we agreed. Since we didn´t reveive our money on our creditcard, we got in contact again. At the 5th of august Tania stated in an email: I Wasn´t aware of this. Please allow me sometime to investigate with SanParks and I will revert back to you as soon as possible. Until this very day no response to her own offer has been made. I asked four more times to give response. Great silence so far. Booking with SA-Venues is ok, until issues are coming up. Then you will find no service or even communication. Not worth take the risk, to my opnion.

The assistance from SA venues was top notch however the place we stayed at need to change their bedding and ensure that it's clean other than that the place we quite enjoyed

They gave me more options to choose from, i'm happy

We had a great stop over at Karoorus! Very comfortable. Will stay there again. One suggestion though would be to maby cordon off the small piece of grass infron of the family unit (6) especially for people with dogs, so that they dont go bug the other guests.

It was quick and easy to find the desired accommodation and paying through the secure website.

Kept us up to date with our enquiries and booking procedure. Replied to my email straight away when I had a problem trying to pay with my card and it was a Sunday and a public holiday aswell, very good service !!
