Too much 'body cleaning' material and general lack of variety in Mystery Box - so it has been returned

You only get 2 stars and they are for the quality of the goods! My order was placed on 16 Nov to provide some Christmas presents, but only arrived today (6th Jan), so not very satisfactory!

I am just giving four stars as I ordered the set of 3 bars of Rose soap which have not materialised as yet. That said, I love all the products I get from you on a regular basis and will continue to shop with your company. I think this is the first time that an item I have ordered has not arrived. You are forgiven! Your products are excellent. Every good wish to all at your company for 2022, especially your phone staff - it is a joy to deal with them.

All the items I wanted were in stock, they arrived on time as promised and were well packaged. Some are for gifts, some are for me!

The box I received my order in was so very big. Seemed a waste.

As the two items are gifts I can't say how wonderful it otherwise the quality is. I only rated it four stars as I felt it took you some time to tell me that the goods were on their way. The catalogue itself was lovely and the variety of goods excellent.
