I had a very great experience with Mr Ahmad Shoaib. He was particularly great at getting cheap flights for me. Never tired of my back and forth, he would always come back with a cheaper deal than expected. Very patient, very curious, good customer service. I will recommend him over and over again.

I've booked 2 flights to Cape Verde with this company, 2 months before the travelling date, which paid appx £1500 , However we are extremely disappointed with their customer services , as i had my sister wedding to attend , and on the day before travelling , they informed me that the airline was not allowing them to issue my tickets. However Mr. Vikram Metha (Marvel Travel) promised to refund my funds straight away in order for me to book the tickets with another airline, which has never happened. Not only i lost my sister wedding , as now they don't pick up my calls or respond my e-mails requesting my refund. I'm forced to to make a court claim in order to get my money back. Be aware , this travel agency is not trustworthy or reliable with a extremely poor customer services . Do not pay any deposits as it seems , by their actions are keeping the clients funds .

We've just purchased flights tickets from Marvel Travel and we're delighted with the good deal we got with them. The gentleman Ahmad was very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. We made few changes to flights, seats and they have accomodated us nicely and sorted all our requests as we were traveling as family with kids. Alhamdulilah the company was good and helpful. Pros of using marvel travel: Quick responses, relatively good price, sorted everything out (visa, travel, hotels etc), provided everything in a appropriate time Cons: Response Time was slow when abroad (obviously I do understand the time difference)

What a great umrah experience for my mother. Travelling solo for the first time we were worried how she would get along but the constant support of Miss Amna and Mr Syed Sohail made it a very easy and peaceful trip. Cannot recommend enough to anyone looking to go on the holy pilgrimage.
