Lack of Respect and Support

Wiingy operates in a highly demanding and inflexible manner, which can feel overwhelming for teachers. The work environment often lacks respect for educators, treating them more as revenue generators than professionals. There is a constant pressure to retain students, with blame placed on teachers if students choose not to continue or renew their sessions. Additionally, if you don’t comply with every demand, you risk being sidelined for months without explanation. The customer service experience is equally frustrating, with repetitive, scripted responses that show little regard for individual concerns. I would not recommend this platform to fellow teachers seeking a supportive and respectful work environment.

Good teachers sourced and the people behind Wingy are really helpful and resourceful. One thing for sure is the teachers are also very accommodating.

Before it was 3 but now I gave it a 4

Before I wanted to rate 3 bec of my student Jackie request. NowI am happy that the Wiingy will contact my student. It is only 4 bec I had experience last time during the lesson that I do nit know how to fix the volume in google meet and I keep calling from the group to hep mel but no one is answering. They answered I think middle of the class already. That's all but only if that was fixed right away,I will give a 5.

Extending my plan expiration date to use up my unused lessons

I had some unused lessons in my plan and the plan expired. The agent was so helpful and assured me that the expiration date could be extended so that I could use my lessons and not pay double. I really appreciated the help and swift response to my query.

It's good as for working

It's good as for working, I like that they don't interfere in your ways of teaching! Also in initial stages i wasn't getting much attention but now after few months I have a lot of work ! Only thing I recommend is in case of help needed there must be chat option that must be available.
