Great company to deal with

easy to use website. more $ offered for phone than other places

I can always depend on a quick response to my request. The label comes in different options and also right away. Once they receive my item they confirm or ask clarification questions and process my check and mail it promptly. I always get my money so fast!

It's simple! Most websites like this are ambiguous and contradictory. Whether the device is locked or unlocked, whether they will accept bad IMEIs or not, or asked her what kind of condition it's in and what they classify the condition as, but this company is very straightforward and there is no ambiguity!

I've sold a couple of older electronics with this company and appreciate the ease of doing business. I keep them handy for when it's time to rotate older model devices on.

Entire process was simple and easy!!

I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged. He has graciously agreed to pay us for both phones without having the equipment. This company and Management is a wonderful company that I will definitely do business again with.
