I did the MMI circuit and it was going great until the final station. The last tutor was so rude whilst giving feedback and was actually a nicer person when in his role play character. I nearly cried because of how brutal it was, if he mentioned any postives, he brushed over it within in 3 seconds and continued to degrade how I attempted to answer the station. Of course I tried to put my emotions aside and I did take on board what he said. But that being said, it was an awful way to give feedback. That being said I do love the feedback from the other tutors and thought they were lovely just one bad apple! I also have had a tutor personally who has been amazing!

I post this further to my review of 1st January. I am pleased to say that we have now been paid a refund of the session that was cancelled by the tutor. I got a phone call from a senior manager apologising and offering a full refund of the missed session. Just a shame it had to get to this.

The videos are great they're not to long where you might lose interest or not to short not to understand. They very descriptive and gives examples of similar questions types an individual may be given. I have only done 2 lessons but I am really enjoying it so far.

It was really informative and engaging. By getting us to put our cameras on it got me out of my comfort zone which overcame fear/anxiety of what others thought. The info taught in the lesson was amazing. He actually gave us steps to do next and many examples.
