I had ordered 2 of the THC Free CBD vape cartridges, but received the Full Spectrum version of the flavors I had picked. I messaged them about the mistake and they responded within an hour or so. They may have even tried to call me, but I dont answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They expedited the correct vape carts and I received them very quickly.
