Had J Wheatley to remove an old boiler and pipework and fit a new Combi, new pipework and extensive bathroom work. Glad I did as I am very pleased with the final result. Keith fitted everything, he was punctual every day, professional, left no mess and ensured I was happy throughout the whole process, he went above and beyond. Thanks also to Hannah in the office for sourcing the extra items I needed. I will certainly be using J Wheatley for all my future plumbing needs as I know they are a very reliable firm to trust that the work will be of the highest quality.

Some time ago we had extensive work done in a bathroom at our house.We decided to remove the bath and have a walk in shower installed in its place. The shower fitments Tray and tiles were obtained and J Wheatley quoted for the work. The tiles proved unsuitable and the recommended alternative was shower board which was obtained from Eurocell. The completed job looked very well.It was noticed however that the Showerboard panel fitment wasn't the best fir and subsequently started to leak.The downstairs cloakroom ceiling being the recipient of the water. Attempts to have Eurocell and J Wheatley meet on site to have this unsatisfactory situation resolved met with blank refusal.Eurocell denying any problem and J Wheatley saying noy their problem as we had not used their suppliers. One can get into the technical of panel firment and suitability of materials but none of this changes the fact ,, That the quality of the work led to a serious leak That the company response was woefully inadequate and when challenged a blank refusal to make any reparation to mitigate very shabby workmanship and rotten business practice. I have photographic evidence should anyone wish to see the quality of the work... Showerboard panels glued onto tiles caused great amusement to the renovating company currenly do a much better job

Very professional, punctual and quality work, unfortunately there is a 'but' coming, they are very expensive.

We needed a new boiler, radiators and bathroom. We had tried a few forms, but most were too small for such a big job. I called in at their showroom and one of their displays was exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly and helpful, gave a very professional quote and whilst it was higher than others had suggested I realised that they had the capacity to do the job. I booked them in, they gave me a definite date, they turned up on time and worked steadily, with two teams, until the work was completed. At all times they were helpful and willing to make sure that they were doing what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Wheatley's fitted gas central heating and refitted a shower and bathroom for us. John gave good advice and the work was completed to a high standard. All the staff at the Company treated us with courtesy and were a pleasure to have in the house. We will have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

Moved work to facilitate our needs when we were in a difficult situation. Attended promptly to both asses and carry out the work. Very efficient and friendly and cleaned up after the job was finished.
