Quick and easy.

I emailed pics of our product and the part I needed. Within minutes I got an email back telling me the part name and number and I ordered it. Quick and easy. That's just the way I like it!

Wasn't able to find the items I was looking for and didn't receive much help through my email. In this day and age of Amazon you'd think websites, product catalogs, and customer service would rank a little higher in everyone's business. I did make a purchase and feel like I'm settling for an item that I desperately need and hope will work. Fingers crossed!

Very poor customer service. Cancelled my order without telling me and when I emailed to check on it - was told they would overnight it if I would order again and then made ME pay for the overnight charges.
