Gary was very helpful from the first and communicated with me on his on time. He was in touch with me for several days and was very helpful finding the part I needed although I did not have a picture of the part. Gary went way above what was expected in trying to find the part I needed. When we need more parts for our church doors I will definitely call Gary.

company is a JOKE... please please stay away.. you will loose all the money.. No returns, or even they will not ship it to you, No response, No phone number to talk to someone - just a voice mail to contact thru email. They don't respond and they don't provide any service.
