Delivery earlier than expected in terms of placing order. Simon and Scott really helpful. Gave a phone call in advance of arrival and all delivered in good time and cleared up wrapping and took it away. Will recommend service.

Always a pleasure to invite Simon and Scott into our home. A tricky delivery with the need to bypass my recently installed stair lift. Simon and Scott delivered a large sideboard for us that had been in the showroom. The delivery was great, nice and quick! We've bought a lot from John Doe and we've always been happy. The staff are always friendly without being pushy and the cafe is probably once of the nicest places to eat in Diss!

The salesman found what we were looking for

The staff we encountered as we wandered around the shop viewing furniture were pleasant and polite asking if we needed help. When we said we were just browsing we were told we'll leave you to it but if you need any help please ask. After a browse we had a coffee in the very welcoming cafe then went to the bedroom furniture area as we were specifically looking for a range we had seen on line. We could not find it but a gentleman asked as what we were looking for and advised us it was not available due to delivery problems. He should us the other ranges we were torn between two so he moved a display unit so two ranges were next to each other allowing us to decide on the range we ended up purchasing. He was very helpful with information about deliver times and other aspects of the purchase. We made the purchase and left with a feeling of being well looked after.

John Doe have been fantastic, they went out of their way to help us, fitting us in quickly for carpets, Katy was really helpful and upstairs Stuart with wardrobes, we are so pleased with everything they have done small family business the service is so personal and lovely! our new home is looking good. Special mention to carpet fitters Simon & Prez and Josh, worked so hard, great guys! and Scott and his mate fitting in wardrobe. Thankyou to all involved. We are recommending you to everyone!
