One of the best selection of carpets, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble come the day the fitters arrived, explained what they would do, the result and standard is just stunning.

Great selection of sofas. Helpful sales staff. The phone app that could show us the appearance of our sofa in our selection of fabric and wood finish was a useful aid.

On my first visit staff where very helpful given me information to what different areas of the store provided after a good look around and seen a few items of furniture I was interested in I said I’d call back with my daughter in a few weeks there was no pressure .Called back a few weeks later and was greeted by Susan who had remembered me Susan was extremely helpful and gave us as much time as we needed on choosing colour and fabric for sofa and chair Now my new place to drowse around and enjoy coffee with friends in the lovely Angela’s coffee lounge. The Sales person was very helpful and not too pushy. The mattress arrived in just under 4 weeks and was delivered by 2 helpful men. It was also helpful that our old mattress was taken away (for a charge).

Simon and Scott were the last in the chain of a fantastic service from both the Carpet and Furniture teams at John Doe in Diss. Following a recent bereavement it was time to modernise and brighten up the room giving it a new chapter feel. From the staff at the store through the estimating team, admin team and the fitters and their supervisors nothing was too much trouble and they all demonstrated that John Doe is a company that cares for their staff and their customers.
