Taylor was excellent and went out of her way to serve me. The two delivery men were of the same excellent standard. There was a problem with setting the chair up but a gentleman came to the house immediately to rectify the problem. Terrific service as is always delivered by John Doe. Thank you x

I came to your store on 9th February to purchase a sofa bed and found exactly what I was looking for thanks to the help I received from Susan. She was absolutely brilliant, offering me many options & choices of fabrics etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The assistant was extremely helpful and patient whilst we chose our item.

We needed a cabinet and found one on sale - beautiful walnut wood with grey doors. Delivery was great and we knew that it would be in one piece apart from the legs which were expertly put on when in our room by the John Doe team. Thank you again to the member of staff who helped us. Also needed a good quality pillow which we found at John Doe.
