They are incompetent and unreliable

They are incompetent and unreliable. I would not recommend them. They made us wait for a whole month for a service that took Cool Ideas only 4 days to deliver. Stay away from Supersonic!

Horrific service …

Horrific service changed to supersonic and was left for 6 days with no service I had to follow with metro fibre to assist. Call centre staff most of the time are clueless. Be prepared to hold for a minimum of 20min before someone answers your call and prepare for no one to get back to you when they say they will. WhatsApp and emails are a waste of time.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. I was offline for 14 days and got no help from their so called "superstars". They are very prompt when it comes to taking payments (debit orders). i am a company director under lockdown and had to make alternate arrangements to stay connected, at and additional cost to my company so that i can continue to run my business from home. I am expecting a call from Mr. Ray Manasoe to explain to me why this happened and how he intends to rectify the problem. Ancey Padayachee Director Bayside Engineering 0824176765

A disgraceful service

A disgraceful service no idea what they are doing, can provide no help, leave you off for days and not even call you back to update, not even worth it for free

Terrible Customer Service

I have been trying to get their LTE service working for 5 weeks now. Their support service is probably the worst I've had to endure. Despite this being an on-going issue I appear to get the case reset to the beginning every time I speak with them. To make matters worse I've now received two invoices from them for a service that isn't working. I eventually got to actually speak to a manager today who promised to look into it straight away and get back to me in a few moments. That was nearly an hour ago, so I'm not holding much hope.
