I have ordered many times from this company and must say every time they have impressed me. The order confirmation email comes through fast and I think every time my order has been shipped the next day. Delivery is quick too. Only once did I receive the wrong shade of blue sugar paste but when I emailed the company late at night I received a reply straight away and the next day my money was refunded. excellent customer service, every time I have phoned the staff have been so lovely and do their best for you. The products are also high quality and priced reasonably. Brilliant and I would recommend to everyone!

The test of a great online shop is really when things DON'T go to plan. I ordered, among other things, two Wilton muffin tins. My parcel arrived promptly, everything was packaged beautifully, but there was a manufacturing flaw in one of the tins. My telephone call to report this was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner, and the problem rectified quickly by sending out a replacement. The follow up emails were similarly professional and courteous. All in all, I was made to feel like a valued customer, and not just a number. All this, plus competitive prices on quality goods. I shall shop here again.

I wanted to make some Dalek cupcakes for my son's bday but didn't want the expense of the proper stuff from lakeland. Here I could order cupcake cases in a variety of colours (picking and mixing) and get good colouring that actually makes the colours it says. Unfortunately no large silver balls to add the finishing touch but then nowhere's perfect! The prices were competitive and the items came within a couple of days with emails providing info as to what was happening with my order. Will certainly use this company again. :)
