I ordered 3 full sets of letter & number cutters - excellent delivery service as they arrived next day. When I Used them, I discovered I had 2 of one letter, and none of another. This was not CDC's error, but a manufacturer error. When I called, CDC were very apologetic and the correct one was posted out that day, and with me the following day.

I received the product expecting it to be in good shape, I know that while going through the post it's hard to maintain quality due to bumps and obsticles along the way but it was all scratched, and the metal was blotchy. I was looking forward to using it, that I washed it first obviously and then used it to find a small crevice in the left hand corner where the cake batter seaped through. On the other hand it became a great part in my sculpture for my art A-level. So I appreciate it. I will order from here again. As ive only ordered once and I believe it's only fair to give someone more than a second chance, but if it should happen again I shall only us it for art work which is equally as great for me. Cake is awesome! That is all!
