Brand new bat split on face in 1st match. Was meant to be absolute premium bat, with fully match prepared knocking service in all paid for. Two big cracks in the toe and a split on the front face of the bat in first match. Very disappointing. What made is worse was the appalling attitude of the business to rectify the issue. Not interested in repairing the bat. Brand new, premium bat. Not interested. Steer clear. Poor workmanship, not a premium product at all. Very poor attitude. Zero customer care. Avoid.
