I never got the size of the cologne I ordered and the fragrance doesn’t smell good for me at all

Item was missing and still have not received any feedback after numerous emails were sent!

I ordered Chloe for females. The order came after 3days, when I open the package the bottle was almost empty and the carton was wet with perfume. When I check, it leaked through the lid. There is no spray thing. I told them about this disaster and they didn't bother themselves. The smell doesn't last and the packaging is cheap. I lost my money.

1. Zero customer service 2. No delivery of items purchased 3. Skynet not answering calls 4. Must I carry on 5. Shocking service delivery

I'm giving 4 stars because when I expected all items only one was delivered and no one cared to explain that the other item will be delivered later. Communication is key. The Alien perfume I bought have a lasting smell thank you for that. The jean is quality. I'm surely buying again.
