Ho avuto bisogno di acquistare una giacca da snowboard dalla mia taglia e riceverla in tempi celeri. Da VEXO ho trovato una giacca perfetta ed è arrivata in pochissimi giorni, pronto per partire!

Don't order if you don't live in Italy!

I ordered an adidas item from the English version of the website. I assumed that they'd use the international sizing (which could be found on the tag of the article) as there was no hint that it was Italian sizing. Of course, the item I received didn't fit. The initial response from vexo was, that I could return the item for free & they'd sent me a return date & return papers for Fedex. It was already clear at that time that the customer service doesn't speak sufficient English. When I wanted to verify the return date, I received an email from vexo without any text. On the return date I waited until afternoon before I called Fedex. They told me that they had some information in their system but hadn't received any information about the pick-up. They also told me that they couldn't pick up the item because I was missing some of the required papers. When I got back to vexo about this, I again received an email without any text. This means I'm stuck with the price of the item plus 20 EUR for postage plus Customs Fees (an amount which I don't know yet as I haven't received any invoice so far).

Very responsive customer service, not correct

Their customer service is very responsive, although I didn't got the correct information My ordered shoes didn't fit well, because they sized small, so I asked for an exchange. All of a sudden after sending back the item I get a refund minus €10. They refunded me because the size I asked (so they said) wasn't available anymore. This was untrue since I could still select them on their website. So unfortunately I paid €14 for shipping and €10 for a return which was supposed to be an exchange. To still not have the correct size off shoes.
