Easy ordering, good price, fast delivery. Only one thing is the statement billing name of the company has nothing to do with pets or animals (Hot Spot Fashion). A little disconcerting for first time buyers from an until now unknown vendor. But no problems at all.

I’ve been always buying dog food for my dogs from Yow Pets with no issue. This time the delivery is taking a long time. It’s not their fault at all and it’s just FedEx has too much to deliver. It’s been more than 2 weeks, 16 days to be exact, and it has not been here yet. I ended up buying a small bag of dog food locally. I’ll just order early next time.

I tried to reuse a reorder but was not able to get on account. So resigned up on a different email and then i ordered wrong thing but finally sorted it out. It just was kind of confusing the way you guys are set up.
