I am very new to Designrr.io, but I have watched the videos. I like what I see because everything is explained very well and it is easy to follow. I like that if I have questions or concerns I can send a message right there on the page. I really like how they got back to me and answered my questions when I couldn't log in to the program. I am new to Designrr but so far I am loving the simplicity of use. I have written books before but this process has helped me work through an ebook a lot faster. I also love the ability to see the look and layout as I am working which is important for me. I have not had the need to use customer service as yet so I cannot comment on that aspect. I have not referred to others as yet as I need to use the system more before being able to speak to all aspects of it.
